The short version. This policy covers what KGI Solutions LLC ("KGI", "we", "our") collects when you visit kgidealersolutions.com and how we use it. We collect what you send us through our forms and standard site analytics. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for marketing.

Our forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to us by email. Your submission passes through and is handled according to Web3Forms' own privacy practices. We keep the emails we receive so we can assist you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site - for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as your approximate location, browser, and pages visited. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site, we don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this site: what you click, how far you scroll, and session replays of page visits. Clarity captures this through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings, and uses first and third-party cookies to do it. Microsoft stores this data and we both use it to improve the site. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. Send your request through our contact form or call (704) 307-2030 and we will respond within 30 days. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the add-on linked above. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run this site - for example, the form processor described above - or if required by law.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please don't send sensitive details, such as account numbers or Social Security numbers, through the website forms.
