If a KGI support rep is on the phone with you and needs to see your screen, pick one of the tools below. Both are safe, fast, and used by dealers every day.

Click to download. Install and run the file. After it opens, give your KGI rep the ID code shown on screen.
Download TeamViewer →GoToAssist
Visit the FastSupport site, type your name and the support key your KGI rep gives you. The connection opens in your browser.
Open GoToAssist →Don't see a code on your screen? Make sure you ran the downloaded file. On Mac, allow it through System Settings if it asks.
